When our Clients use Apta to communicate with their customers via WhatsApp, those end customers' data is processed on behalf of our Client (who is the Data Controller). Our Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from their customers to use AI-powered communication tools.
Our platform uses only essential cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
